⬇️🥑🥑How To Choose an Avocado🥑🥑⬇️
I'm often asked how to choose
the right avocado at a supermarket. Today, I'm going to answer that for you guys.
Please take a look at the picture below. Out of the green and black avocados, which one is the best to choose?
Of course, it must be the soft black ones!
Wrong. It's the hardest and greenest ones.
Why? Won't it be impossible to eat if it's hard?
It takes an avocado about four or five days to become soft and ripen. Once it ripens, it can go bad before you even know it.
Because the soft avocados at the supermarket have already begun to ripen, they are no good. If you buy them, they might go bad the next day.
But, if you buy the hard ones, they will ripen in about four days, so you can slowly wait. Check the softness of the avocado each day, and when it gets soft and dark, eat it right away.
