I live very close to an ancient woodland, which predates the

1500’s. I have been visiting there often, waiting for the bluebells to start to grow and at last they have. In the UK they are protected and it is a criminal offence to dig up the bulbs of wild bluebells. 🌲✨

There’s a Japanese term for spending time as if you were bathing in the forest, which is 森林浴(しんりんよく). It literally means forest bathing.
