I have an English phrase for you today! The phrase

is “ you can say that again” now, although it sounds like an instruction for them to repeat themselves it actually just simply means I agree with you completely.

For example:
Ben: wow it is so nice out!
Sarah: you can say that again. I am going to stay outside all day!
