I couldn’t sleep last night so at 4 am
I started my morning workout! Sprints, goblet squats, Russian twists, sit-ups, plate rows, and shoulder presses. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
I’ve already had a shower AND coffee all before 9. 😂😂
Now just enjoying this 5 minute break on my bed before laundry. 😌💖
