everyone! How are all of you doing? Sorry, I know I have not posted anything for quite some time, but I just thought I needed a bit of time away from HelloTalk to take care other things. Besides, I am sure not too many people notice if I am gone or not because 🤣😅🤪 I don’t think I am not that popular…😝🤣😜😚 Yet, some kind people do notice some of my tiny posts…😅👏👍

Ok, so I decided to prepare some pan seared Salmon for my dinner tonight. 😋I seasoned the salmon with just the basics: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, pesto butter and lemon juice. Topped with fresh dill. Later, I added some ponzu shoyu. 🎣🍋🧈🧂

Please, share with me how you like to prepare your salmon there in Japan? What sides do you like on the side. Do you add anything on top of your salmon as well?

Garnish: parsley & lemon wedges.

On the side, I cut some tomato slices and a scoop of Japanese Koshi Hikori rice with a sprinkle of shiso salt on top.🌾

I wish all of you could join me for dinner as I always prefer to eat with nice friends as the food taste better with company, right! 😁👍

Oh yeah, I bought a new apron on-line that brought a warm smile 😊😁to my face as it made me feel not so alone since it reminded me of my precious Momo-Chan! I still miss her so much.😔🐕Yet, I have solace in knowing she is wagging her tail watching out over me knowing I would have given her some yummy snacks! 🐶😁👏👍

For dessert: chocolate layer cake 🍰 topped with sliced strawberries and kiwi and whipped cream on the side with some cold Japanese green tea !🍵 👏👍😋😛

I forget do Japanese people like to have dessert after dinner? We Americans love to have dessert after dinner! 😂😋👍
