So my weight loss journey continued. In 10 weeks I've lost 1
1kg, I've moved from 32% body fat to 24%.I spoke to my trainer and we've set a goal to get to 14% which means this will be more than the intended 15 weeks but I am very excited to achieve it.
After I've completed the current 15 weeks he will give me a small break with a little more food and more tasty food but then straight back into the heavy diet phase. I think training will stay intense, currently during gym sessions I burn 1300 calories or more and around 3000-4000 per day.
I'm excited for the future
