With the UK being on lockdown I have decided to make super smoothies
for myself and my parents every day to keep up our health during this time. So that if we did get infected then our immune systems would be better equipped to fight Covid-19Whilst this smoothie may not look the most appealing, it actually tastes just like orange juice and it’s quite delicious
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- 2 kiwis
- 1 plum
- 1 pear
- 1 celery stick
- 2 easy-peelers
- Handful of strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of grapes
- Kale
- Broccoli
- Orange juice
- Chia seeds
- Oats
- (I will add avocado once my avocados ripen)
