Sorry guys, I'm going to write in English today. I have

some questions about some words.

そっくり - Does this mean "to look exactly like" something else? Like two people? Can we use it for something else?

そっと - Does this word mean "gently"? Like the way to touch somebody? Or the way to talk to someone?

操作 - Does this describe using an item like a cell phone?

Thank you so much for your help in advance. Also, I have a dictionary, so just translating the word is not useful, thanks.
