Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire

, England.

One of the most famous landmarks in the United Kingdom, Stonehenge is regarded as a British cultural icon.

Stonehenge could have been a burial ground from its earliest beginnings.

Archaeologists believe it was constructed from 3000 BC to 2000 BC. Around 4000 to 5000 years ago.

    @Atsuro No one is living there now. It's a heritage site so it is protected. The houses you see in the picture is a museum. It's an interesting place to visit and learn about life 4000/5000 years ago. 👍

    @Atsuro There are two types of admissions to the Stonehenge. The general admission allow you to see the stone from outside the barriers. The VIP tickets allow you to go inside the stone circle with the guide. This admission is outside the normal visiting hours so there are no people around apart from the small group of people with the same tickets. I recommend that you do the VIP Experience. I did both so I know which one I would choose if I visit there again. Have a great day.

    @Atsuro There's not much different in price between the two type of tickets. It's affordable for everyone. VIP is more fun. 😁
