This morning I. rode down to the beach with

my friend Craig. ✨🚴🚴‍♀️

It was his birthday last week and mine this week. We are the same age and only separated about a week apart 😊🥰

I had a healthy breakfast this time. It was quite delicious and looked quite pretty too ✨💐😋

Now it's time to ride to work. I feel a little tired but once I have another coffee at work I'll feel much better. 🚴‍♀️💼
