Throwback to when I was training Shaolin Kung Fu in China last

year. The double daggers form was hard work but really fun! Can’t wait to go back next year!

    @purple Thank you! I highly recommend it. Can give you my Shifu’s details if you want. He’s a 32nd generation warrior monk and runs a kung fu school at the Er Zu temple. You have to train really hard - to be good at kung fu you must have disciple. You must get past the boredom and the pain of repetition. Kung Fu is not just a sport, it’s a way of life. Training in China allows you to fully immerse yourself in the culture and appreciate the teachings! 🙏🏼

    @Sarah I’m doing it because I’m interested in learning about it, the culture and for health reasons. We do some wing chun classes for self defence too.

    @Sarah no it’s hard. A lot of training to keep up fitness and discipline required. You get out as much as you put in. It’s all about practice!
