to.

Examples

I'm used to driving in London now, but it was hard at the beginning. (NOT I'm used to drive...)

I'll never get used to living in this place.

That is only used in Past tense, and can be either positive or negative. But grammatically not a proper way of expressing a old habit or action. But it has been accepted into the English grammar text.

@BRB In the King's English British UK grammar it was not was used. But later It appeared in English in the early 13th century with the meaning of “act of employing” or as we might say somewhat circularly, “act of making use of” something. It entered English from Anglo-French and Old French with the sense of “custom, practice, usage,” etc. Abit of history there for our English learners.
