    Hi! Im intrigued.. Complicated word. In this context you say, i think that word, sketchy, could express different things. For example in the first point, Its like weird people. Second point, maybe dangerous like you said and the third one its like a negative sense like a superficial girl.. The word itself means incomplete..but I see that it could be different if you have different contexts..
