The expression “neither do I” or you can just say “me neither

”.

“I don’t hate English”>>>>”me neither”.

"me neither" - is this correct English? As I known "you and me" (for example) used but it's not correct English if nominative case supposed. "Me don't hate English" is incorrect, no doubts. How could "me neither" be correct?

It can only be used as an informal oral occasion and not as a formal written expression
