朝食レポ
大根おろしスープ!いいね、日本の汁物。お腹を満たすが、カロリーが低い!すらっとした体型が維持やすくさせるよね。
ほんで、シャケのバター醤油焼き!いや、醤油ムニエルというのかな、これ。ムニエルという言葉は良く使うよね、日本じゃ。ワシは、正直のところ、ムニエルがなんだかよく分からん。ただのバター焼きちゃう?
ほいで!アカニシ炊き込みご飯!めっちゃ鍋の底を焦がしたよ、滅多にしないのに!調味料のせいかな?美味かったから結果オーライかな。鍋がちょっと可哀想けど😅
Breakfast Review!
Grated daikon soup! I love Japanese soups. They fill you up but don’t contain a lot of calories. So convenient for maintaining one’s figure, don’t you think? 😌
Up next, pan fried salmon with butter and soy sauce! Or would this be a salmon meunière, I wonder. You often hear the word meunière being used in Japan. If I’m honest, I’m not 100% sure what meunière means 😅 it’s just pan frying in butter innit?
Moving on! Takikomi gohan with whelks! I burnt the hell out of the bottom of the pan, which hardly ever happens! I wonder if it’s down to the seasonings I used. Anyway it was tasty, so all’s well that ends well, I guess. I feel a bit bad for my lil pan though 😌💧
