今日はお家で餃子づくり 🥟

初めてターキー(七面鳥？)のひき肉を使って作ったんですが、案外美味しく出来上がりました✨

でも、餃子を作りながら思ったのは：
みんな餃子の包み方が違う！😮

お父さんの餃子はいつもヒダが3つ。

お母さんのは具がたくさん入っていても、ヒダは必ず5つや6つあるんです。( すごい！)

そして、私はあまり考えずに適当に包みます 笑

見た目は包んだ人によってそれぞれ違いましたが、みんなで作った餃子は最高に美味しかったです！😆

そういえば、餃子って人間に似てますよね 💭

形はそれぞれ違うけど、中身は全部一緒。

I made gyoza with my family today. It was our first time making it with ground turkey, but it turned out pretty good!

As we were wrapping each dumpling, I noticed that everyone in my family wraps it a little differently. Some of us include more filling than others, while some of us add more pleats to the edges 🥟

But even if they all look different, they all have the same filling inside and they all taste good.

This made me think: people are kinda like dumplings!

Regardless of our physical appearance or cultural background, we all have feelings. (“Feelings” here, not “fillings” 😂)

So let’s remember to be kind to one another, today and every day ✨


日本語に、英語で言う feelings のような言葉はありますか？

「気持ち」や「感情」とはちょっと違う気がするんですよね 🤔

I wanted to use it like this:
人も同じく、髪や肌の色は違っても、中身は一緒です。みんな 〇〇 というものを持っています。それは国境を越えても変わりません。

だからこそ、思いやりは大切なんですよね 🐢
