Capernaum

This movie is a cinematic

masterpiece.

Capernaum is Lebanese film about a young boy from the slums of Beirut suing his parents for having been born.

The movie explores deeper themes about the ethics of having children, the relationship between the Lebanese poor and refugees, and the difficulties of life in poverty.

Some scenes are disturbing and it’s a fairly sad movie, but I would still recommend this film.
