Today I made 星洲炒米粉. This dish is called Singaporean noodles,
but actually it comes from Hong Kong and is most popular in the diners of Guangzhou. I am really happy because it was really delicious. But the authentic dish doesn't have a fried egg on top... I forgot to make the eggs the authentic way. But! If you have never tried it with the fried egg, I recommend it!
