    Yes, in every historical dramas, movies, the language is the old Korean. But I believe that it doesn’t guarantee it is the actual old language. If they used the actual old language, nobody will understand it:p

    @ry Let me share this video. https://youtu.be/NaZLu9D2BI8 This pronunciation is based of the study of 500 yeas ago(Kind Sejong era)language from a language professor and what the man reading is ‘훈민정음(I believe you know what it is)’. You will tell it’s totally different.

    Not all the lines played by the actors are old languages used in traditional historical dramas, but they are well-made for the younger generation. I think it's better than the drama "King Sejong," which was produced by another broadcasting station.

    Old languages are well represented in traditional historical dramas. As far as I remember, KBS1 produced many historical dramas until 2015, but I don't know if they're still producing them. As time goes by, I personally feel sorry for the fact that the old words are not reflected much in historical dramas.😂
