Growing up in Hawaii as a mixed race is actually way better than

what I’ve ever experienced in other states..

Darker complexion Filipino/Chinese/Hispanic has its own battles growing up in America. Not knowing which “category” you belong. I was the “light skinned” Filipino but “dark skin” Chinese/Hispanic. 🙄

Any who.. Hawaii is amazing in adapting other cultures because the whole state has “Aloha” in accepting different races because most of the people here are literally almost “mixed” with different ethnicity. ❤️
