Phrase of the day “How should I know?”

We use this phrase to

say that we simply don't know something. It's often quite negative.

It’s used informally, and is only spoken.

Here’s an example:

Mark 🗣 “Have you seen Sarah?”

Tony 🗣 “How should I know? She’s your girlfriend!”
