Chocolate Oatmeal Banana Muffins
 
This morning I was looking

at four bananas that were too ripe and I thought that's awesome I can make some really great muffins!
 
I went online to allrecipes.com and found the perfect recipe.

But then I thought that of course I need to make this recipe my own so i added to it.  I added cocoa, chocolate chips and some oatmeal.  Everything goes better with chocolate and oatmeal.
 
This recipe uses a lot of ingredients and the good news here is that I had all of them.
 
So after baking for 20 minutes here is the result.

    It looks delicious! I also make banana muffins sometimes, but I have never put nutmeg in them. I wonder if it will be a taste that adults like.

    @MARIMARIMARIMARI when you use only a teaspoon as called for, it is an "enhancement" to the flavor, but not a separate flavor

    @Andrew H Sounds wonderful🥰 I love sweet potatos, too👍😁 What does 'double baked' mean?Will you bake them twice?🤔

    @Marine I will bake them normally 400 degrees for an hour , then take the skin off, mash them, add a little sour cream, a little grated cheese and bake again for another hour, then 10 mins under the broiler to brown the top
