Hello. I am Caucasian.⛰ I live in Kutaisi, Georgia

and our food is various and delicious.😋 Let me share you them.

• On the 2nd picture you see Khachapuri(ხაჭაპური) Georgian bread🍞stuffed with melting cheese,🧀(sometimes eggs🥚🍳) and butter, it's one of the most famous Georgian dish. 

• On the 3rd and 4th one you see Mchadi (მჭადი) it's a very popular cornbread🌽🥖traditionally eaten with lobio (beans) and also cheese.🧀

• On the 4th picture is Georgian mtsvadi(მწვადი), or grilled meat🥩🍖 skewers. They are made from well-marbled pork shoulder tossed with raw onions and finished with freshly squeezed pomegranate juice.
Properly made mtsvadi is an extraordinary dish. Preparing it is an entire ritual. Mtsvadi made outdoors🏡, on an open fire 🔥is very special and completely different from that made at home🏠 using a frying pan 🍳or an electric cooker.

• 6th one is Satsivi (საცივი6)-Georgian dish made from poultry such as turkey🦃 and chicken🐔 put into walnut sauce. 

• 7th one is Pkhali(ფხალი)-traditional Georgian dish of chopped and minced vegetables🥦, made of cabbage, eggplant, spinach, beans, beets and combined with ground walnuts, vinegar, onions, garlic, and herbs. Pkhali is also called mkhali.😍
