This is the last photo I took with my father when he

visited me in Japan a few years ago. Because of corona I wasn't able to return home to say goodbye.

I'm lucky to be in Japan, especially considering how sad and pathetic the situation in America is now. But being unable to visit him at the end is something I'll never forgive.

Hi Michael, I can very good understand you... not perfect.... but a little... because everyone has individual life experiences and a cultural background... I couldn't say goodbye to my father either.... This sadness remains.. but changes time to time .... does not heal... but a little different from.... My father passed away before the corona and my mother is living alone in Osaka . I’m not able to visit her for a while .

@Michael My mother died of cancer last year. I couldn't see her enough when she was in the hospital. It's because of Corona. 病院は面会を規制していました。それは今も続いているでしょうね。
