I woke up early and went for a bike

ride

💗🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

There were many people around because it is a public holiday. 🤗✨😲

We rode to Brighten le sands and then stopped at the cafe for morning breakfast and coffee ☕☕🍔

On the way home, Craig and I were doing short competitive interval sprints while Kev rode at his own pace. 😅😅🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️💨

It was really fun, until I ran out of energy and the muscles started to hate the exertion. 🤣🤣

I am back home now and feel like sleeping 😴
