This is my homemade Azuki Bar!

I actually quite like how it tastes, but I think I need to try the real thing 😅
The pieces of azuki bean are too big… it kinda feels like eating a bunch of beans to be honest 🤣 I should have spent more time chopping them up…

Also, the ice lolly mould tipped over inside the freezer, so yeah… you can see the result.
