I made a soccer jersey cake for someone's birthday today, it

was inspired by Messi's jersey ⚽ The little details took some time to make, but overall, it was such a fun project and I'm thrilled with how it turned out!

For today's dinner, I had some leftover ricotta cheese, so I used it to make homemade ricotta gnocchi 🍝 They definitely look a bit...rustic...but at least they tasted nice 😁 As for dessert, I made a quick mango/raspberry/coconut smoothie and now I'm stuffed!

Recently, the peonies in my back garden have also started to bloom and they are absolutely wonderful to both smell and look at 🌸
