Tonight I have a Cincinnati classic called Skyline. 👌

It's

called a four-way. It is steaming spaghetti ( a little cold now) covered with original secret-recipe chili and topped with a mound of shredded cheddar and habanero cheese.

I include a few secret ingredients. I add yellow mustard right after the noodles but before the chili. I also use crushed crackers and hot sauce. It makes my appetite wet. 💦💦

This is the process I do when I put it together when I get home. 😎
