Tang (mild cod fish stew) *cold soba noodles
*Dubu kimchi (tofu with stir-fried kimchi and pork)
*chicken and vegetable burrito
*tomato, pepper, avocado, Greek olive salad
*pickled radish and beets
*pickled peppers, primarily jalapeños
Tomatoes, peppers, and beets are from our garden. It was the first time we made cold soba noodles, recipe from the internet. We tweaked the recipe slightly by adding chives and pickled radish. It was very delicious. 😍
