Good afternoon everyone. 😄　How is everyone doing? Is it hot there in Japan today? 🥵　Please, be sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of cool liquids. 🥤🧋

Incidentally, one of my favorite sports drink is Pocari Sweat! Surprised? 😳 I get it at my favorite Japanese grocery store here in California. It is a very refreshing and energizing drink. I also enjoy its light grapefruit flavor which is not very sweet unlike other sports drinks like Gatorade. Plus, it’s an excellent drink to replace the electrolytes your body looses while sweating on a hot day or exercising. It is also very close to a medical IV solution so you can drink it to immediately hydrate your body! 😅Of course, water is always good too!💧

Talking about beverages, I received my barista pour over kettle and Chemex filter drip coffee maker.👏👍I ordered both of them from Amazon. 🛒☕️🛍😁I am anxiously looking forward to brewing a delicious cup of Java soon! ☀️☕️👍😁

Oh yeah, I would like to give a shout out to my wonderful #1 coffee barista, Yumi-san in Japan!👍☕️👩🏻😉

A lot of people have the misconception that almost all Japanese drink only 🍵 , but I would say just head into any Starbucks or Tully’s in Japan!🤣Or check out any one of the gazillion drink vending machines stocked with both hot or cold UCC, BOSS, Netcafe or etc. 24/7. 🤪

By the way, another sweet friend sent me a nice cold coffee maker along with a special Bizzy cold brew grounds to use with it. I am so lucky to have such a thoughtful & kind friend!👏👍👩🏼I really dislike mornings so this has been very helpful for me to get my day going.😜😄
