Japanese customs. Since we figured spaghetti (noodles) are eaten with chopsticks, she thought about doing a "tutorial" for our international friends on how to use a fork to eat them 😂😂

These are Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù anyway, not spaghetti. The second dish is Tigelle. Small discs of dough cut in half and stuffed with fresh Italian cheese, prosciutto crudo and fresh tomato or rocket salad 😊
