My friend is out on vacation so I decided to take care of their

    @Bulai you can also try lavender oil. Put a drop or two on your wrist. When you feel anxious or down just small the lavender and it helps.

    @Luana Lima my night time routine is to meditate for 30 minutes which helps relax me and I sleep like a baby. Also sounds of rain and thunder while I sleep help calm the soul
