What is your country’s opinion on tattoos in the

work place? In general, America has become a lot more accepting in the last few years. It’s pretty common now a days to see professionals with exposed tattoos, as long as they aren’t on the person’s face or hands.

    In Korea, If people who work in professional fields get tattoo, he or she will be a conversation topicㅋㅋ... But many of worker in service sector have tattoo. Personally tattoo is mostly coolㅋㅋㅋㅋ and so are yours

    In Spain is more accepted since years. But exist profesions were is not usual see workers with tattos yet

    Wow it's interesting! In korea, many tattoo artists are illegal performers. And many people who are getting older think tattoo isn't good

    @ I can accept this but is incorrect because America is all the continent, I'm from Venezuela and I'm American too, but I'm from South America

    @Jilly well, for me, I like the tattoos, but, there's a problem here in Guatemala, The people are going to say you're a ganster, like "La Mara 18", "La Mara Salvatrucha". Honestly, it sounds horrible for a foreing, but well, in a office, they reject you and they don't hire you, just because you have a tattoo. Sad, but real.

    @유진youjin Yeah I was reading that it’s illegal to be a tattoo artist in Korea unless you are a doctor right? Some older people tend to dislike tattoos here as well, but those people seem to be in the minority now. 😆🤷‍♀️

    Here in Colombia there are very "esteriotipos" about the topic. I don't know how I say it in English jajaja. So, Is very common that maybe one person can think that you're are a bad profesional or irresponsible person if you have a tattoo

    @Marii Ortiz oh! I think the English word is stereotypical 😊 Yeah I understand that. I know that tattoos have been associated with some bad things in the past and for some people it’s hard to get past that

    Same here. I would say the are people biased against tatoos but they are a minority. Cheers!

    @Jilly Mexico is the same. Now the tattoos are more accepting in the jobs. But still there are a lot people that associate the tattoos with somethings bad.
