Hey everyone! Happy (late) Valentine

’s Day. I, of course, didn’t have a valentine. But that’s not new, I’ve never had a valentine.😂 Actually on the 14th, I went to a Chinese event for Beijing Opera at CUNY Baruch! My grandfather is a professor there and he invited me to the event. I’m a really big fan of Beijing opera. The costumes, makeup and performances are so cool! I’m actually just a general opera fan, I hope to see some shows in the next few months. I really wanted to take a picture with the actress but I didn’t want to bother her... a little regretful. There was also bamboo flute playing which I REALLY loved. Pictured below (besides me) are pictures from the event!

I’ve spoken to a few people about this but I’ve been fighting with my closest friend all week so my mood has been pretty bad. I just feel like we have different views of what a friend should be and I’ve been uncomfortable with where our relationship was at. I kept making all these adjustments for him but I felt like he wasn’t giving anything back to me. It’s a little sad... but hopefully I’ll get over it. This is the same boy who I sorta like so... do what you want with that information😂.

I got my next exhibition! I’m doing a biology exhibition now. I’m pretty excited because I love biology. If anyone has some suggestions about E.Coli experiments, that would be greatly appreciated😂.

I’ve been really enjoying my classical mythology class! I think I may want to also major in Ancient Greek literature, art and culture. I’m just in love with all of it! I think it would be really fascinating to be a historian, plus, I could write novels on the side haha.
