I am organizing all my receipts, tickets & photos from my honeymoon

to Japan in December 🌞 I am making a scrapbook for my husband and I to have for our memories.

Once things have calmed down & improved in the world, I will go back again 🛫 hopefully next year!

I recommend you to spend your next trip in Japan in a hot spring inn in a rural area. ♨️ That will show you a different aspect of Japan than Tokyo and other urban areas😄

@KEIZO I want to but my husband has very large tattoos that cannot be covered. I have heard there are ryokans with private hot springs though so I might try that. Thank you!

@amela Because tattoos have a long history of being carved by yakuza people in the past, many hot springs have rejected those who have tattoos on the body in consideration of other guests. I think foreign tourists are inconvenient, but I would like you to understand that this is also a Japanese culture. There are ryokans that you can use even if you have a tattoo if you look for it, so I want you to visit and enjoy it!!😄
