Greek yogurt is delicious, right? It’s a bit expensive in Japan but it’s still worth it. Can I call it 濃い?

I found another interesting yogurt. Houjicha (Japanese roasted tea) yogurt! There’s Japanese apricot in it. The texture is the opposite of Greek yogurt. It’s loose and runny. I like this taste with tannins from the houjicha and the sweetness from the apricot.

10 years ago in Paris, I ate a coffee and fig dessert. It was delicious! I love interesting and surprising flavors. It’s interesting how chefs come up with these flavor combinations.
