I went to Nagano a while back and met a guy that I didn't like

but he was politer than I expected. We ate a lot.
People in Nagano were the kindest I've met since I came to Japan. Definitely want to go back ♡

    @たこ焼きのワイフ Oh, gotcha! No wonder! His homophobicity simply reveals his narrow-mindedness and his fragile and unhealthy heart. Even if he’s not familiar with homosexuality, he should still show basic respect to others. I know many straight guys who don’t like gay people, but they don’t discriminate against them. I have many gay friends, and they’re obviously not different from other guys at all except for their sexual orientation. I’m not sure if his misbehavior is related to the culture of Japan, but in USA this is definitely considered very rude. I don’t think homophobic guys can give you a secure and reliable relationship.

    @〇〇 I'm pan so he and I have argued about this several times lol. We eventually came to the conclusion that we won't talk about it and I won't involve him in those conversations. This is definitely not Japanese culture because people here are really respectful regardless of their views. He got super pissed off because not only did I involve him in a homo convo, he was the subject 🏳️ my bad. Idk if I can fix homophobia but I will try.
