Took a day off yesterday to spend time with my housemates. One

of them is going back to her home country soon.
We though we could have the parks to ourselves because it's the middle of the week. We woke up at 3 a.m. and left the house around 4:30. We were hoping to catch the sunrise in Moraine Lake. To our surprise, the park was already full and we're not allowed to get in.☹️☹️☹️
We went to the next best thing--Emerald Lake.
We were too early. Emerald lake is best around noon time when the sun hits the lake.
