Finally my tonkotsu ramen finished after 15 hours of boiling

haha. My friend told me that he wants me to cook this every week. He's been to Japan many times before and said that I should open up a restaurant in Beijing 😂

I was so tired because I woke up many times last night to keep checking on my broth. But, those two bowls were amazing.
