's filet mignon in the bottom, medium rare with grilled onions, mushrooms and chives.
Then, I added homemade Mexican cheese, Cheddar and Jack cheese on top.
I am baking it now in the convection oven...😋 Looks like this will be our breakfast this morning if I add some eggs. 👍🥩🍳🌞🌅
I am sure my hubby and son will be very happy! 😇
