    @sawsan They use “cheese curds”, they may not be available in Jordan, online there are recommended substitutes you can check out - mozzarella cheese blocks maybe

    I wanna to try poutine when I go to Canada. My favorite food in Colombia is the ajiaco, a delicious soup with chicken 🍗, corn 🌽, potatoes, heavy milk and capers. I don't like soups very much but this one is unique!!
