Can anyone explain the difference between -는다고 해도 and -더라도?

To me, they both mean “even if/even though” 🤔

아무리 힘들다고 해도 아무리 힘들더라도 I tried to compare in between and Yeah it’s the same but, if you really want to compare it -는다고 해도 has more a little stronger(?) ahhah it’s my opinion

@Mm ~하다고 해도 ~는 하지 말자 (부정문) vs 힘들더라도 이겨내자 (긍정문). 하지만 꼭 이렇게 사용해야 하는 것은 아니므로 결국 비슷합니다
