School system :nursery, primary

, high school, college, University

We graduate high school at 16

Age of Consent :16

Driving age : 17

At the age of 18 drinking, smoking, tattoos, gambling ect are now legal

However Adoption and teaching someone to drive you can't do untill you're 21.

Basicaly,
At 16 you're no longer a minor but still have some restrictions.
At 18 you're an adult and therefore the age restrictions for most laws are now legal.
