I would be in Nagasaki this time last year.

The weather was

raining upon arrival but it cleared that evening.

I had tempura 🍤 and soba noodles for dinner. Most places packed in much earlier than most Japanese cities. 🌃

Later that evening I took a stroll to get acquainted with my bearings. 🚶‍♂️

I met a stray cat and shared with it some fruit cake. 🐱

I also tried takoyaki for the first time! It was so darn hot! 🤣🤣 Once it cooled down I could enjoy it thoroughly.

    @Dana This cat was so shy!! But I felt sorry for it because it was cold and wet. I was so glad I found some food to give it. ☺️🐱❤️ Then it trusted me for a while until it ran away after it was full. 😉 We don't have stray cats in Australia. It's a unique experience 😉💖

    Used to have 90 rainy days in a year.. Nagasaki was rainy twin but lately climate has been changed..

    @Chiara oh, I see. I wish I was in Nagasaki again 🥺😭😭 Even with the rain (it rained very consistently while I was there) I had the best time there! Chiara san do you live in Nagasaki. I need to make friends there! 💖💖

    @Taso たそ in Vietnam thank you たそさん！I had the most incredible time in Nagasaki! ☺️☺️ There were very few tourists there. I love areas like this. 💖 I want to go back again!

    Tempurasoba and takoyaki look delicious😋I could learn "a stray cat"for the first time😁There are many stray cats near my house🐱 What does "with my bearing" mean?🤔

    @Marine oh, that's great! To get ones bearings means to find out where you are within your surroundings. Say, if you are lost or unsure where you are you can say. "I've lost my bearings". Bearings often is associated with the directional bearings on a compass.
