I’ve been cooking a lot of fish recently.

This fish here is a rainbow trout. It was freshly caught when I bought it, so it was covered with goop. It was also super plump and delicious.

I wrapped it up with some rosemary and lemon and baked it.

Little fishy! I adore you! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
