todays breakfast is Japanese souffle pancakes with summer berries

first time I made and theres super good. could of been higher but I struggled with the flip sadly. next time they be better. let's exchange languages and cultures and learn together help me with my Japanese

    @kurumi くるみー you must whisk the whites and yolks separately or they wont rise and be fluffy but dont over mix
