For the longest time, being able to go to Japan was a dream.

A far away land with a rich culture, history and beauty. It has been 5 months since I returned to England and I still find it surreal that I was really there. It's the only time I have been outside of Europe and I long to return to this amazing country. It was the first real dream that I made come true and for that it will always be deep in my heart ♥

    @Mariko It's a beautiful item of clothing with bright colours and intricate design features, but the obi is a little tight and I don't think it's good for digestion haha! I would like to wear it again ☺️

    @Mariko Yeah I thought I shouldn't eat while wearing kimono because I won't be able to digest properly 😵 haha! People in Japanese history must've had strong stomachs 💪

    @Summer0104 I went during the time that the cherry blossom fell at the end of March and beginning of April. It was beautiful and I was bloody freezing cause I was expecting it to be warmer and didn't pack a decent coat. I'd say that's a pretty good time to go to avoid heat and humidity. Japan has all 4 seasons 😁
