Does anyone else sometimes just experiment and see how things

turn out?

I had a lot of veggies and rice paper I wanted to use up.

I've never made spring rolls before, but I think they are pretty good for a first try!

I made the sauce to go with as well.

Rice paper has a lot of kinds how to use! Not only veggies but also chicken or cheese or ham and so on. I really like Japanese “Shiso”in it. It’s flavorful.

@Kazuyo these had carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, cabbage, and ham in them! So delicious and filling. I think I will make them more often!
