What is your opinion on foreigners wearing a different countries

traditional clothing? Do you think it is acceptable?
These are two costumes I recently bought, the dark blue one is for my next cosplay. But both have a Chinese style to them.

However, when dealing with regalia, it is best to ask permission or give explanation to why you would don something normally worn only by a native in celebration or reverence. Otherwise, you may be seen as irreverent and mocking.
