This morning I was cleaning up under my kitchen sink, like of

course that is what everyone wants to do on a Sunday morning, right?

When I discovered that I have a Dutch oven baking pot!!?? Then I realized that I have not used this in many years. So what do I do if I find a new cooking tool? Of course I make something!

I looked through some online recipes and decided to make a beef stew. It took me about 30 mins to prepare everything and then 2 hours to bake it.

All I can say is "mmmmmmm" yummy.
